1. Research Use Only
Every product sold by Synthetix Labs is intended and sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and development by qualified professionals. Products are supplied only as research reference materials.
2. Not for Human or Animal Use
● Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. They must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise introduced into any human or animal.
● Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
● By purchasing, you affirm that you will not administer any product to yourself, any other person, or any animal, and that you will not resell any product for such use.
3. Not Evaluated by the FDA; Not Drugs or Supplements
Products have not been approved or evaluated by the FDA or any comparable authority. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. No statement made by Synthetix Labs has been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a medical or health claim.

5. Buyer Qualification and Assumption of Risk
You represent that you are a qualified researcher or are otherwise trained and competent to handle research chemicals safely, and that you understand their potential hazards. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, labeling, and disposal of products in accordance with all applicable standards and laws, and you assume all risks associated with the products.
6. Purity and Testing Accuracy — Important Limitations
● Any purity percentage, Certificate of Analysis (COA), or analytical result provided reflects testing performed on a representative sample or lot at a specific point in time, using specific methods such as HPLC and/or mass spectrometry.
● All analytical methods have inherent margins of error and detection limits. Reported values are approximations within those tolerances and are not a guarantee that every unit conforms exactly to the stated figure.
● A COA describes only the sample tested. It is not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, nor a guarantee of results in your application.
● Product characteristics, stability, and integrity after delivery depend on storage and handling conditions outside our control. We make no representation about a product’s condition once it leaves our custody.
● Batch-to-batch and unit-to-unit variation may occur and is inherent to these materials.

Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. No Liability for Misuse
Any use of a product that is inconsistent with its research-use-only designation — including any human or animal use — is strictly prohibited, is undertaken solely at the user’s own risk, and voids all warranties and remedies. Synthetix Labs and its partners disclaim all liability for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from prohibited or improper use, misuse, or from any failure to handle, store, or dispose of products properly.
9. Legal and Regulatory Status
The legal status of research chemicals varies by jurisdiction and may change over time. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, and use before ordering.

11. Limitation of Liability
