Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US Only) We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. All orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Processing Time Payment must be received before an order is processed. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Packaging All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no reference to the product contents on the exterior.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@synthetixslabs.com with your order number. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
